Who I am
Spakero B.V. (Dutch Chamber of Commerce 96767871) is responsible for processing your data. Questions about privacy can be sent to kromijn@spakero.nl.
Which data I process
Only what you fill in yourself on the contact form or share with me by email, phone or WhatsApp: name, company name, email address, phone number, topic and your message.
This site does not place tracking cookies and does not use advertising networks.
What I use it for
To contact you about your question and, if we start working together, to carry out that work.
I do not sell your data and do not use it for newsletters, unless you ask for that yourself.
Who I share it with
The form is delivered as an email via Resend, an email delivery service. The site runs on Vercel. Both only process data on my behalf.
How long I keep it
For as long as we are in contact, and after that for a maximum of two years, unless the law requires a longer retention period. Want to be deleted sooner? One email is enough.
Your rights
You can view, correct or have your data deleted, and you can object to its use. Email kromijn@spakero.nl and I will arrange it within four weeks.
If we cannot resolve it together, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
